It’s concert day! Bastyr at 3pm is sold out - join us for Northern Lights at 7pm tonight (or next week)!
The otherworldly beauty of the aurora borealis is the spark for our holiday concert. From medieval chant and traditional carols to dazzling works by Arvo Pärt, Ola Gjeilo, and Veljo Tormis, you’ll journey through a thousand years of ethereal Baltic and Nordic choral music. In our centerpiece, Northern Lights by Ēriks Ešenvalds, voices, chimes, and tuned water goblets combine to evoke the spectacle of the aurora.
December 13th at Bastyr University Chapel, 3pm (SOLD OUT) & 7pm
December 20th at Seattle First Baptist Church, 3pm & 7pm
Join us as a volunteer for our Northern Lights concerts!
Volunteering is an opportunity to help us welcome audiences with grace and kindness, and helps our concerts run smoothly. Plus, volunteers get to enjoy the performance free of charge (including our sold out Bastyr 3pm show)! This is an excellent opportunity for students who need community service hours, or anyone who might enjoy getting to know our organization through service.
“Outstanding performance! I was brought to tears with the first notes of the concert. Karen and the choir do an absolutely fantastic job. World class. Bravo!!!”
